do you ship internationally? yes.
i am being charged in australian dollars at check-out? you will be charged in aud, but it will be converted to your country's currency in your bank statement. the currency converter is only a guide you can use when browsing.
how long will it take for my order to be shipped? everything is made to order. earrings take 2-6 business days to be made depending on the volume of orders. this excludes pre-orders.
has my order been shipped? you will receive a notification via email/text message when your order has been posted.
where can i track my order? not not all orders are trackable. you must choose the tracked shipping option at check-out. when your order has been posted, you will receive a unique tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. orders can be tracked through the australia post website. when the your parcel enters your country, you can track your parcel using your national post website.
when will i receive my order? all parcels within australia take 3-5 business days upon postage and express takes 1-2 business days. internationally, parcels take up to 2-4 weeks using standard/untracked post and express takes up to 3-5 business days. please give extra time during busy holiday seasons.
why hasn't my parcel arrived? before you contact us, please visit your local post office to see if you have missed your delivery. if it has been over a month since you have received your shipping notification, please contact us via email and we will get back to you asap.
do you deliver to po boxes? yes.
will i be charged customs and import duties? we do not cover these charges. they vary from country to country and can not predict what your charges may be. if you refuse to pay the customs fee and the package is sent back to us, we will contact you and give you a refund minus the shipping fee.
do you accept returns/refunds? no. due to hygiene, we do not accept returns on our jewellery pieces.
