- All accessories are made to order and require a 3-5 day processing time.
- Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
- Monirath ships to all countries via Australia Post.
- All orders can be tracked here, and can be tracked through your national shipping company when your order enters your country.
- Monirath does deliver to PO Boxes.
- We do not cover customs and import duties. The cost varies from country to country and can not predict what your charges may be. if you refuse to pay the customs fee and the package is sent back to us, we will contact you and give you a refund minus the shipping fee.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we dispatch your order. This will have your unique tracking number. Please ensure you enter your email address or phone number correctly so you receive this information. Also check your spam folder if it is missed.
- If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you and we will re-ship it to you at your expense. If payment is refused then we will send you a refund minus the initial shipping costs.
