  • It is safe to shop from Monirath. I am operating in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and constantly making sure that all appropriate hygiene standards are strictly followed. 
  • Due to COVID-19, expect delays from up to 2 weeks and possibly longer for overseas customers. Before you order, it is kindly asked that you check your country's current position: click here for a list of known delivery delays. I will double check your country's status after you order and email you if there are any problems.
  • Free international standard shipping has been implemented for the meantime. Stay home, stay safe and be kind to each other.
  • 10% of the total from your sale will go to a different COVID-19 relief fund every week. In your cart notes or via email, it would be much appreciated if you attached a link that I could donate to.

  • All earrings are made to order and need a 3-5 day processing time. 
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
  • Monirath ships to all countries via Australia Post.
  • All orders can be tracked here.
  • All shipping and product prices are in $AUD. You will be charged in AUD, but it will be converted to your country's currency in your bank statement. The currency converter is only a guide you can use when browsing. 
  • Monirath does deliver to PO Boxes.
  • We do not cover customs and import duties. The cost varies from country to country and can not predict what your charges may be. if you refuse to pay the customs fee and the package is sent back to us, we will contact you and give you a refund minus the shipping fee.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we dispatch your order. This will have your unique tracking number. Please ensure you enter your email address or phone number correctly so you receive this information. Also check your spam folder.
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived, please call or visit your local post office to see if you have missed your delivery. If it has been over a month since you have received your shipping notification, please contact us via email and we will get back to you asap.
  • If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you and we will re-ship it to you at your expense. If payment is refused then we will send you a refund minus the initial shipping costs.

 

RETURNS

Monirath does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. This is set in order specifically due to hygiene.
